Custom Orders | Mahi Wairua

Your photo. Your story. Your mahi. We create personalised artwork and meaningful gifts from the people, places and ideas that matter to you.

Send your enquiry to admin@mahiwairua.com. You do not need to have everything worked out.

What would you like to create?

Names, birth years, iwi and meaningful places brought together in a personalised piece.

A treasured photo transformed into a print to celebrate a person, pet or memory.

Discuss a birthday, 21st, wedding, anniversary or housewarming gift made for someone special.

Tell us your preferred product, size and finish so we can discuss suitable options.

Your idea and the product you have in mind.
Your preferred size, quantity and budget if you have one.
Original photos or artwork at the highest resolution you have. Attach the original file rather than a screenshot where possible.
Names, dates and wording, including macrons, exactly as you want them shown.
Your delivery town or country and the date you need the finished piece.

Kōrero: We review your idea and photos, then discuss suitable products and design options.
Quote: We confirm the agreed design, size, finish, price, delivery arrangements and expected production time. Any artwork charges, payment requirements and revision allowances are explained in your quote.
Design proof: For personalised artwork, we send a digital proof for you to check before production. Your quote explains when design work starts and when to expect the proof. Check names, dates, spelling, image choice and layout carefully.
Approval & production: Once you approve the proof and the agreed payment requirements are met, we produce your piece. Production time and delivery time are separate.

Need it for a particular date? Tell us in your first email so we can confirm whether the timing is achievable before you order.
